Often we rest and the problem settles, only to recur as we restart the activity again. Rest is not improving the problem just avoiding it. A thorough assessment with us will reveal where the fault lies, sometimes not at the site of your pain. When you can see the movement fault that is causing the problem it makes sense. We will manipulate and free up stiff joints and guide you with interesting exercises to strengthen weaknesses.
