Child & Young Adult

child and young adult banner

Children are not small adults. Their skeleton is immature and therefore reacts very differently. We have the expertise in this area to address ‘growing pains’, injury or back pain. We know how to connect with your child to educate them in a fascinating way so they (and you) understand what is happening.

Child & Young Adult – Success Stories

Once you are reassured and informed we can make the right choices about training, posture and activity.

Physiotherapy treatment may include joint mobilisation to improve movement, stretches to increase flexibility and exercise for strength. We use an exercise programme that sends videos of your exercises directly to your email, making it easier to do them correctly.

We work closely with many sporting organisations, including rugby, gymnastics, athletics and lacrosse.
